Managing Director
Jarred Farmer founded South Lincs Security in 2018, bringing over 14 years of experience in the security industry.
After working for other security firms, he identified key gaps in service quality and set out to create a company that prioritises professionalism, reliability, and excellence. Under his leadership, South Lincs Security upholds the highest standards, ensuring every client receives the best possible protection.

Joining in April 2026, he brings extensive public sector experience, having served as a police response driver and senior trainer. Ben Mowforth joined SLS UK in 2020 and has since progressed within the company to his role as Nightlife & Sites Manager.
